Super Amigos:
A Group for Community Action

The group will meet every other month to exchange ways to help others in our community. At each meeting members will learn of specific needs and hardships that need to be addressed and how we can use our own skills to come up with the remedies. This is an opportunity for people to make a difference in other people's lives and to have a positive impact in our community. First meeting will take place in March. Everyone is encouraged to come to the screening of Super Amigos to get inspired and hear from a grassroots organizer. All ages encouraged and welcome.

MEN WHO COOK  
   

For more than a decade, male volunteers from the community have prepared culinary delights for Men Who Cook, the Women & Family Life Center's largest annual fundraising event. In a grand buffet, these chefs serve their masterpieces with pride and dish out more than just a tasty treat-it's all smiles, friends and family as community members come together to support WFLC's programs and services.
